Delete and Unsubscribe from Your Account

You can delete your account from either the website or the app.

Deleting your account means permanently removing all your personal data and content from 23snaps. This action cannot be undone, and it will affect both your family structure and your connections.

Please make sure you are certain about this decision and its repercussions, as deleting your account cannot be reversed.

Repercussions of Deleting Your Account

• Your Family: If you have a partner in your family, deleting your account will cause the family to split. The remaining user will retain the children and the posts made by the partner.

• Post Deletion: All of your posts will be permanently deleted, including any photos, videos, and text updates.

• Likes and Comments: Any likes and comments you made will also be deleted.

• Connections: All of your connections with other users will be removed.

Delete your account before deleting the app

Please be aware that deleting the app from your device will not delete your account or the content you have uploaded. To do this, you must delete your account first. If you're just looking to stop push notifications to your device, you have full control of this in the settings section of the app.
