Export Your Content

You can export the photos and videos you've posted to 23snaps at any time.

App

Go to the More > Manage My Family section, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and tap the Export option.

Go to the Settings > My Account section and scroll down to the Export section.

When the export is ready, you will receive an email containing a link to download your data.

Please be patient as the export may take some time to create if you have many posts.

Also note that the download link will only be valid for 24 hours.
